The neighborhood assemblies were disbanded. The movement was driven underground, forced to operate in the shadows once again.

But the spirit of resistance did not die. In the lower tunnels, in the abandoned stations, in the cramped quarters of Level Four, the people continued to organize. They met in secret, communicated through codes, shared information through unofficial channels. The movement had been wounded, but it was not broken.

Léon moved through this underground world with a new sense of purpose. He was no longer just a maintenance engineer—he was a leader of the resistance, a strategist, a symbol of hope. People recognized him in the corridors, nodded to him with respect, whispered his name with reverence.
